Home Health Aide: 100 positions available
As a member of the multidisciplinary team the home health aide will provide personal care services to the terminally and temporarily ill patients. The home health aide will perform related tasks in the patient/family home in accordance with the Plan of Care as assigned.
The Aide is responsible for:
* Carrying out the duties assigned in order to increase the level of comfort and to maintain personal hygiene as well as a safe, healthy environment for the patient.
* To provide for temporary respite and relief from total care responsibilities for the primary care giver. The Home Health Aide reports to the Registered Nurse in charge of the case.

This position involves recruiting, evaluating, interviewing, hiring, supervision of employees and skill matching their qualifications to meet the needs of our clients. The Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all the needs of our clients in conjunction with the Nursing Supervisor for Patient Care and the Director of Patient Services. The Coordinator is under the supervision of and reports to the Nursing Supervisor.
